What they are looking for
Escuela CES, a film and TV school in Madrid, is casting an actor or actress ages 18 to 25 and an actress ages 30 to 45 for a filmed stage play. Rehearsals are Friday mornings from October 30 through the dress rehearsal on January 22, and applicants should email their acting resume. The role is unpaid; the school offers headshots, behind the scenes footage and a recording of the show. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Along with your resume, include your approximate age and contact details in the email, since the listing asks for those too, and write by October 29. Rehearsals run nine Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., so make sure work or classes leave those mornings free through January 22. Ask which play they are staging and what your character is like. The audition is at the school, at Calle del Mar Adriático 11.
