What they are looking for
Carmen Romero Casting is looking for boys ages 10 to 12 for a commercial airing across Spain. There are two roles: a boy with a distinctive feature, such as red hair, lots of freckles or a chubby build, and a boy who speaks fluent English. It is paid. A video introduction is required, and the agency will only contact parents or legal guardians. They ask that you apply only if the child matches the role exactly. The listing does not give a closing date. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Record the video in daylight with no filters, so they can clearly see your child's freckles, hair color or build, without styled hair or dressed-up clothes. For the English-speaking role, have your child talk in English about their day, in their own words and without a memorized script. Before you sign anything, ask about the shoot date and city, the pay and how long their image will be used.
