What they are looking for
A group of students at ENERC, the Argentine national film school, is making a short film and is looking for men over 18 who can pass for teenagers. Filming is on December 17 and 18 in Buenos Aires city, with the option of rehearsals or practice sessions beforehand. It is unpaid; the team offers a small token payment, catering, travel expenses, and the finished footage. Send your resume or acting reel to the group email address in the listing. The call closes on November 9, so there is time, but writing early is a good idea. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
The key is that you can pass for a teenager on camera, so send recent photos in simple clothes and natural light, one headshot and one full-body shot, ideally clean shaven. If your reel has a scene where you play someone younger, put it first. Confirm you are free on December 17 and 18 and ask when rehearsals would be, since they fall right in the busy end-of-year season.
