What they are looking for
Elementosorpresa.tv is looking for actors ages 30 to 40 with disabilities for an internal series of workplace awareness videos in Mexico City. The roles are for women with a hearing or mobility disability and men who are blind or have low vision or who have Down syndrome. Filming is November 28, 29 and 30, and each person is assigned one call day. It is paid: 5,000 Mexican pesos for the full job. To apply, email a self introduction video of up to 2 minutes. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
In your intro video, say who you are, what acting you have done and how you handle yourself at work, since the project is about the workplace. Film it in natural light, in a medium shot with a clean background, and keep it within 2 minutes. The deadline is this Friday, so send it as soon as you can. If you need any accessibility accommodation on the shoot day, mention it in your first email.
