What they are looking for
Tigrilla Producciones is looking for a male actor ages 19 to 35 with strong dance skills for its children's theater season at Teatro Las Grutas, a beach town in Río Negro, Argentina. Candidates must live in Buenos Aires, be at least 1.68 meters (5 feet 6 inches) tall and be free in the mornings for rehearsals in Villa Lynch and the City of Buenos Aires. The season runs from mid December to early March, with travel and a stay on the coast. It is paid: a fixed salary with a possible bonus, plus meals, transportation and lodging. You can reach the production by email or phone. The call closes on November 14. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
For a children's show with dancing, send a short video of you dancing a high energy routine and another one talking to the camera as if there were kids in front of you. Add a full body photo and mention your height. It means almost three months away from Buenos Aires, so before you apply make sure your whole summer is free and ask how many shows a day there are and what the lodging is like.
