What they are looking for
Barcino Management is casting a Russian actor ages 45 to 55 for a commercial airing across Spain. Speaking Russian is essential, since the video introduction must be recorded in that language. The call is open to people anywhere in the country. It is paid. The listing includes guides on how to record the video introduction. It is a rare opportunity for Russian-speaking actors based in Spain. The listing gives no audition or shoot dates. The listing does not give a closing date. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Record the introduction in Russian, as requested, and if you speak Spanish, close with a couple of sentences in it: it helps them see you can follow direction on set. Say which Spanish city you live in so they can plan travel. For a commercial, a clean look works well: plain clothes, a neutral background and light from the front. If you book it, get the pay in writing, along with how long and where the spot will run.
