What they are looking for
A project in Lima, Peru, is looking for women and men ages 20 to 30 with striking looks and memorable faces. The call especially welcomes ethnic diversity, including Andean, Afro Peruvian and Amazonian profiles. The only explicit requirement is having no current contract with any soda brand, which is typical of an ad campaign. It is paid, although the listing does not give the amount or the shoot dates. Apply through the casting page, which stays open until November 10. The listing does not say who is casting, so make sure it is a legitimate call before you send your details. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
If they want memorable looks, show what sets you apart, like your hair, features, style or tattoos, in recent photos with natural light and no filters: one front facing and one full body. Check first whether you have signed any exclusivity deal with a beverage brand, because that rules you out. Before you commit, ask who the client is, how many shoot days there are and for how long and where your image will be used.
