A group of students is making a university short film and is looking for an actor or actress age 35 or older to play a building superintendent. The shoot is on Tuesday, November 3, at 9 a.m. in Belgrano, a neighborhood in Buenos Aires, and the team says its schedule is tight. It is unpaid. To apply, write to the email in the listing as soon as possible, since the window closes the day before the shoot. The listing does not say who is casting, so make sure it is a legitimate call before you send your details. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
A building superintendent is an everyday character, so aim for a natural look: one headshot and one full-body photo in simple work clothes. Write today and confirm in the first line that you can be in Belgrano on Tuesday the 3rd at 9 a.m., because the team needs to decide fast. Ask how many hours they need you and whether the role has lines, so you show up off book.
