What they are looking for
Checkcar, a company that inspects cars before people buy them, is looking for actors over 35 for a series of videos filmed at an auto repair shop. The role is a customer of the brand, so they want someone who comes across as natural on camera. Wardrobe is up to each actor, with casual clothes, and the shoot day is arranged with whoever gets cast. Filming takes place in Palermo, in the city of Buenos Aires. It is paid, with payment made on the day of the shoot, though the listing does not give the amount. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
To play a customer in a brand video, a natural delivery works best, as if you were telling a friend why you had the car checked before buying it. Send a front-facing photo and a waist-up shot in casual clothes, like the ones you would wear on set. If you have a short video talking to the camera, include it. Before you accept, ask about the fee, how many videos there are and how long they will use your image.
