What they are looking for
A group of students at ENERC, the Argentine national film school, is looking for an actress for their curriculum short film. The role is for a woman ages 65 to 75 with previous acting experience, dark brown hair and, ideally, a short haircut. Filming takes two days in the City of Buenos Aires, with dates and locations still to be set. It is unpaid: they cover travel expenses and share the footage for your portfolio. To apply, email your acting resume, photos and, if you have one, your reel. The call closes on November 21. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Send a current headshot with your hair exactly as it is today, since color and length are part of the request. If your reel is long, point them to a one minute dramatic scene shot for film, with close ups. The shoot date is still open, so mention in your email which days in November and December you are free and ask when they will settle the location.
