What they are looking for
«Reset» is a science fiction short film from Copa Produ, with an open casting call for two roles. Mora is 21, impulsive and vulnerable, and going through an intense emotional process: they want an actress ages 19 to 25. Clara, 23, is her older sister, protective, mature and sensitive, with emotionally demanding scenes: they want an actress ages 21 to 28. You need acting experience, availability for the shoot and to live in Buenos Aires. It is unpaid: they offer travel expenses, meals during the shoot and footage for your reel. Send your name, age, photos and acting material by email or Instagram. The listing does not give a closing date. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Pick a scene that shows an emotional breakdown, since both sisters call for that more than anything else in this short. If you are going for Clara, show restraint; if you are going for Mora, show impulse. A headshot and a full-body shot in natural light are enough. The listing leaves out the shoot dates, so ask about them before you send everything, and check when you will get the footage they offer.
How to apply to this casting call
