Quick answer: modeling agencies in Madrid take applications through a web form or by email, with natural digitals, your measurements and your age. Several fashion boards set height minimums in centimeters, while the commercial, curve and kids divisions we checked list none on their application pages. Apply only through the official site, and if you’re from outside the EU, sort out your right to work before you travel.
This guide is for models who live in Madrid, plan to move there or want to try the Spanish market from abroad. We checked these modeling agencies in Madrid on their official sites in November 2026, and every link goes to the page where the information appears. Casting and Acting is not an agency and doesn’t represent anyone. We also left out commissions and rates, because they change.
New to the business? Start with how to become a model, which covers the types of modeling and what agencies really look for. If you’re weighing cities, compare this list with our guide to modeling agencies in Barcelona. We also cover Mexico and Argentina.
Working With Madrid Modeling Agencies From Abroad
Paperwork comes first. If you’re a citizen of an EU country, you generally don’t need a work permit anywhere in the EU, as the EU’s Your Europe portal explains. That includes Spain.
For everyone else, plan ahead. One route is the initial residence and work authorization for employees. According to information sheet 12 from Spain’s Ministry of Inclusion (in Spanish), an employer requests it to hire a foreign worker over 16 for more than 90 days. It doesn’t apply to citizens of the EU, the European Economic Area or Switzerland. So before you book a flight, ask the agency how it handles international models.
Language is easier than you might think, at least online. NEXT and Elite publish their sites in English, and View, Uno, Blow, Francina, Salvador and Mad Models all have English versions. Traffic Models’ application page, however, is in Spanish, so keep a translation tool handy.
Then there are the numbers. The agencies we checked list heights in centimeters. For example, View asks women for at least 175 cm, about 5 feet 9 inches, and men for 185 cm, about 6 feet 1 inch. Traffic and Blare, the fashion label of Salvador Agency, ask for 173 cm (about 5 feet 8) and 185 cm. Measure yourself in centimeters before you fill out any form.
How Modeling Agencies Work in Spain
An agency represents you. It pitches you to brands and casting directors, negotiates each job and runs your schedule. In return, it keeps a commission on what you earn. The person who handles your day to day is the booker, who does a job close to a talent agent‘s. That’s why a real agency makes money when you work, not when you sign up.
Agencies sort their talent into divisions. Fashion agencies split women and men, and each side usually has a main board plus a section for new faces, which some call development. Others add a commercial division for advertising, a curve board, kids or social media talent. Check the divisions first, because they tell you whether your look has a place there. If you also act, our guides to getting a talent agent and acting agencies near me cover that side.
What Modeling Agencies Ask For
Your phone is enough for a first submission. Uno Models wants four photos: a close-up, a waist-up shot, a full-length shot and a three-quarter profile. View asks for a close-up, a medium shot, a profile and a full-length shot. Traffic Models even says it prefers color photos taken on your phone over professional ones.
Shoot in daylight, in front of a plain wall, with no makeup and simple, fitted clothes. Our guide on how to take headshots at home covers light and framing. Along with the photos, send your age, height, measurements, city, phone number and Instagram handle.
Then comes the wait, and silence is an answer. Uno replies within three business days if it’s interested, Mad Models within a week and View within two weeks. After that, treat it as a pass. Also, don’t plan to just show up: View, Mad Models and Blare say they don’t hold open calls or see anyone without an appointment.
Fashion Modeling Agencies in Madrid
These six Madrid modeling agencies focus on fashion, and each has a section for new faces or development. Four of them, View, NEXT, Elite and Uno, also post warnings about people who pretend to be their scouts.
NEXT Management Madrid
NEXT is an international network with offices in New York, London, Paris, Milan, Los Angeles, Miami and Madrid. The Madrid office is on Calle de Fernando el Santo, in the Chamberí district. It lists women and men (each with a main board and new faces), talent such as actors, athletes, dancers and musicians, and a creators division for influencers.
To apply, use the Be Discovered email on its contact page. NEXT states on its homepage that it will never ask for nude or undergarment photos and never asks for payment as part of its process. You’ll find the address and email on the NEXT contact page.
View Management
View has an office on Calle Marqués del Duero in Madrid and another on Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona. Its women’s side has Image, Main Board, Development and New Faces, the men’s side has Main Board, Development and New Faces, and there’s a talent division.
Its application page spells everything out. First, you email four photos and your stats. The minimum age is 16. If you’re 16 or 17, it asks you to talk it over with your parents or guardian first. View also says it never requests nude or lingerie pictures, never charges to look at your photos and doesn’t interview over Skype. Read the details on View’s Become a Model page.
Elite Madrid
Elite Model Management has an office on Calle Alcalá, in central Madrid, and another in Barcelona. Its boards are main board, direct, development and creatives.
You apply through the Get Scouted form with up to three images: full length, close-up and profile, with no makeup and natural daylight on your face. Minors need a parent or legal guardian to approve the application, and that adult has to attend any meeting. Elite also promises its scouts will never ask for payment or for nude or lingerie photos. Apply on the Elite Madrid Get Scouted page.
Traffic Models
Traffic has offices on Calle Campoamor in Madrid and on Pasaje Sert in Barcelona. It represents women and men, each with a main board and new faces, plus a social section with influencers and celebrities.
The form takes up to four images. At minimum, send one of your face and one full-length shot in a swimsuit or shorts, without makeup, plus a comp card if you have one. Height minimums are 173 cm for women and 185 cm for men. The agency says it only contacts the profiles it’s interested in. See the Traffic Become a Model page, which is in Spanish.
Blow Models
Blow calls itself an international model agency with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, where it sits on Gran Vía. It splits women and men, each with a development section, and has a talent division.
The site is clear that the form is the only way to apply. It takes four images (close-up, waist-up, full length and three-quarter profile), shot on your phone in natural light and without makeup. Blow replies only if it’s interested. Fill it out on the Blow Become a Model page.
Uno Models
Uno has offices in Barcelona and on Calle Mejía Lequerica in Madrid. Besides women and men with new faces, it has a Teen board, a kids division called UnoJunior and a talent division for social media creators.
To apply as a model, email the four photos shown on its page with your age, height, city, phone number and Instagram account. If Uno is interested, it answers within three business days. Social media talent, however, uses a separate address. The agency also warns that people pose as its scouts on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and that real Uno emails always end in its own domain. Start on the Uno Become page.
Modeling Agencies With Commercial, Curve and Talent Divisions
If your look fits advertising better than the runway, these three are worth a look. They have commercial, curve or celebrity divisions, and two of them also represent actors.
Salvador Agency
Salvador Agency dates back to 1975 and has run offices in Barcelona and Madrid since 2010. The Madrid office is on Calle General Pardiñas, in the Salamanca district. The group includes Salvador Models for advertising and fashion, Blare Model Management for fashion and editorial work, an actors department and Salvador Kids.
The Salvador Models form lets you pick the Madrid or Barcelona office. It then asks for a close-up, a half-length and a full-length photo, plus your country of residence and nationalities. Blare runs its own form with four color photos, no makeup, a white background and natural light. Start with the Salvador Models application or the Blare application.
Mad Models
Mad Models started in 2010 and has two offices, one in Madrid and one in Barcelona. Its site gives a phone number and contacts for each, but no street address. For women it has Main, Talent, Inbetween and Curve boards; for men, Main and Plus sizes. It also has a commercial division with women, men and athletes.
The form asks for four photos (close-up, medium shot, profile and full body), your measurements, your age and where you live. By sending it, you confirm you’re at least 14. If you haven’t heard back within a week, the agency says you can consider it a no. Apply on the Mad Models Become a Model page.
Francina Management
Francina has worked since 1983, and in 2026 Francina Models became Francina Management. It has an office in Barcelona and one on Plaza de Cascorro in Madrid. Its divisions are Image for fashion, Commercial for advertising, Celebrities, Actors and 360, which produces events and photo shoots. Its Academy, the site explains, is internal training for the models it already represents.
To apply, use the Get Scouted button or the scouting email listed on the Francina contact page.
Modeling in Madrid for Kids and Teens
Children need a parent at every step, and only agencies with a kids division make sense. Among the modeling agencies with a Madrid office, Salvador Kids represents boys and girls for fashion, e-commerce, advertising, TV and editorial work. Its parents’ guide asks for recent photos with no filters, one of the face and one full length, and says most kids start with no experience. Uno, for its part, runs UnoJunior and a Teen board.
Spanish law adds a layer. A child under 16 can take part in a public show only with written permission from the labor authority. That permission covers a specific engagement, under article 6 of the Workers’ Statute. In the Madrid region, the official guide to filming with minors says parents or legal guardians file the request and the regional labor office decides. It also rules out night work and workdays over eight hours. For children who aren’t Spanish nationals, the guide lists a birth certificate and ID documents for the child and the parents. Our guide to auditions for kids and teens has more.
Red Flags Before You Send Photos
The agencies themselves set the standard. View, NEXT and Elite say they never ask for nude or underwear photos and never charge to evaluate you. Uno and View add that their emails always come from their own domain and that fake scouts use social media.
So stop and check if any of this happens:
- Someone charges you to register, to hold a spot or to get into the agency’s book.
- You have to buy a class or a photo shoot with the agency’s photographer before they’ll sign you.
- Everything happens in private messages, never through the official site or email.
- They ask for underwear or nude photos, or a private video call. If this happens to a minor, cut contact and report it.
Instead of answering a direct message, write to the agency through the form or email on its official site. Our guide on how to spot a fake casting call lists more warning signs.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to join a modeling agency?
You shouldn’t pay to apply. View, NEXT and Elite say so on their sites, and a real agency earns a commission on your bookings. Be wary of registration fees or a required photo shoot with an in-house photographer.
Can I apply from outside Spain?
Yes, the forms are online. Blow and Elite ask for your country, and Salvador Models asks for your country of residence and nationalities. Be clear about where you live and whether you can already work in Spain.
Do modeling agencies in Madrid hold open calls?
None of the application pages we checked announces one. View, Mad Models and Blare say they don’t see anyone without an appointment, so the form or the email always comes first.
How tall do I need to be?
It depends on the board. For fashion, View asks for 175 cm for women and 185 cm for men, while Traffic and Blare ask for 173 cm and 185 cm. The Salvador Models and Mad Models forms ask for your height but set no minimum.
How young can you start?
View accepts applications from age 16 and Mad Models from 14. For younger children, parents can apply to Salvador Kids or UnoJunior.
