Quick answer: most modeling agencies in Argentina are in Buenos Aires, and several accept applications from anywhere in the country through a form on their website. Send natural photos with no makeup or filters, plus your height and age. A legitimate agency represents you and earns a commission when you work. It never charges you to join or makes you buy a portfolio.
Argentina’s modeling scene runs through its capital. Every agency on this list that publishes an address has it in the City of Buenos Aires, often in Palermo. You don’t have to live there to apply, though. Civiles and Multitalent take applications from every province, and Multitalent’s form even has an option for applicants outside Argentina.
We checked these modeling agencies in Argentina on their official sites in November 2026. We also looked for agencies with their own active websites in Córdoba, Rosario and Mendoza, but could not confirm any. So this guide covers Buenos Aires, grouped by type, with each agency’s boards, how it takes applications and its official link.
How Modeling Agencies in Argentina Work
An agency represents you to brands, magazines, production companies and designers. It pitches you for jobs, negotiates terms and runs your schedule. In Argentina, the person who handles that day to day is the booker, who works much like a talent agent. In return, the agency takes a commission on what you earn from each job, and that percentage should be in writing in your contract.
Agencies sort talent into boards, and the names change from one site to the next. On the sites we checked, you will see Main Board, New Faces or Development, Men, Image, Curve, +40, Teens, Commercial, Talent and Influencers. If you are just starting, look for a new faces board. And if you are still figuring out what kind of modeling suits you, start with our guide on how to become a model.
Spanish Terms You Will See on Agency Sites
Most of these sites are in Spanish, and a few words come up all the time.
- Book: your portfolio of professional photos. Agencies on this list say you don’t need one to apply.
- Polaroids or digitales: simple, unretouched photos that show how you look today.
- Scouting: the agency’s search for new faces, and also the name several agencies give their application forms.
- Casting: a casting call or audition for a specific job.
How to Apply to an Agency
You don’t need a professional portfolio. Civiles spells it out on its site: it wants digital photos taken by a friend or relative, front, profile and full length, with no retouching or accessories. It also asks for clean skin with no makeup, hair pulled back and then down, and basic black or white clothes that fit close to the body.
The others ask for something similar. Look1 wants four simple photos in daylight with no makeup, while New Models asks for polaroids in natural light, with no editing or filters. For light and framing tips, our guide on how to take headshots at home works for these photos too.
Besides photos, the forms ask for your height, age or date of birth, shoe size, and eye and hair color. Some also ask for bust, waist and hip measurements. Measure yourself with a tape and write down the real numbers, because an agency may measure you again at a meeting.
Apply only through the form or email on the official site. Multitalent, for example, says that is the only valid way to contact it, and that it replies within three weeks if it is interested. It also doesn’t take calls or office visits until someone from the agency sets up a meeting. Open calls do happen, but trust them only when the agency announces them on its own channels. Civiles, for instance, says it does not hold open castings.
Fashion Agencies in Buenos Aires
These modeling agencies in Argentina work mostly in fashion, editorial, runway and campaigns, and some add talent divisions.
Look1 Models Management (Palermo Chico)
Look1 dates from 2012, according to its site, and has its office in Palermo Chico. Its women’s boards are 360, Image, Mainboard and Development, and it also has a Men board and a talent area for fashion, celebrity, sports, beauty and digital creators. Applicants abroad can use its English “Get Scouted” form, which asks for four photos, height, shoe size and eye and hair color. The Spanish version adds that taking part is free. Apply on the Look1 scouting page.
LO Management
LO Management opened at the end of 2008, and Argentine model Lorena Ceriscioli runs it, according to its site. Its boards are Image, Main Board, New Faces, Special Booking and Men. It describes itself as a selective agency, and its site shows neither an application form nor an address. The only contact it lists is a general email address, so that is where your material goes. Learn more at LO Management.
Civiles
Civiles started in 2000 and now has women’s and men’s model boards, plus talent, celebrity and content divisions. According to its FAQ, it looks for girls and boys aged 16 to 21, with a minimum height for fashion work of 1.72 m for women and 1.84 m for men. Joining is free. Its scouting form asks for four photos and covers every province.
If you are a minor, its terms say a parent or legal guardian must send or supervise your details. And if you are still in school, the agency says it schedules jobs after class or during vacations. Its site also has an English version: apply through Civiles.
Not Models and New Models (Palermo Hollywood)
Not Models is a Buenos Aires agency with a women’s main board. New Models is its men’s division, launched in 2023, with an office in Palermo Hollywood. The New Models application page, in English and Spanish, asks for simple polaroids. It looks for heights of 1.83 to 1.90 m, although it says it sometimes makes exceptions. Applications from people under 18 must come with a parent or guardian.
For the women’s board, the Not Models site lists a scouting email. Men apply through the New Models application page.
Evolution Models Agency
Evolution works as a mother agency from Buenos Aires, and a model who is also a lawyer founded it, according to its site. Its model boards are Curve, Clásicas (classic) and +40, which is useful if you don’t fit the runway mold. The scouting form asks for photos in natural light, without makeup, filters or retouching, in a bikini or basic fitted clothes, plus your measurements. Separately, it sells legal advice and audiovisual production as services. See the Evolution scouting page.
Commercial, Talent and Character Agencies
In advertising, looking natural matters more than height, and these agencies work with a wider range of people.
Multitalent Agency (Paraguay 755)
Multitalent is at Paraguay 755, in downtown Buenos Aires, and splits its site into Commercial, TV Host, Actors, Teens and Influencers. Its scouting section says it mainly looks for people aged 13 to 21 who are taller than 1.65 m. Still, it reviews every application, because it puts talent ahead of any requirement. It calls itself a boutique agency with exclusive representation, and Multitalent Academia shares the same address. Apply on the Multitalent site.
Freak Models
Freak Models describes itself as an agency for models and talent with atypical beauty. It sits at Rodríguez Peña 1051, inside the Galería Bond Street arcade. You sign up with a talent form that asks about tattoos, languages and skills such as dance, singing, acting, sports or music, along with your measurements. It is an option if you don’t fit the classic model look. Register on the Freak Models talent page.
Casting Agencies for Ads and Photo Shoots
Much commercial modeling work goes through casting agencies, which look for people for each commercial or shoot. You join their database, and they call you when a project fits. You can also browse open commercial casting calls on our site.
Saigón (Palermo)
Saigón casts commercials, fiction and photo shoots from Bonpland 2362 in Palermo. Its photo castings cover fashion, advertising, catalogs, social media and branding. It also runs Mini, an area for kids and teens with baby wranglers on each project, and Street Agency, a street casting arm that looks for people of all ages with a focus on diversity. You join through the form on the Saigón site, which asks for a face photo and a body photo.
Casting Club
Casting Club casts commercials and fiction from Julián Álvarez 1023, in the City of Buenos Aires. Its form asks for face and full-length photos, clothing sizes and a résumé. It accepts residents of Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Mexico City, which helps if you live in Uruguay or Mexico. If you enter a minor’s details, it says they must be that child’s own. Fill in your details at Casting Club.
Agencies for Kids and Teens
Bluma Kids
Bluma Kids represents children from newborns to teens of 18, for TV and print work in Argentina and abroad. Its founder, Tuni Astrada, coordinated castings at an advertising production company for years, according to the site. To register a child, you create an account on the site, and the agency takes questions by WhatsApp or email. Learn more on the Bluma Kids page.
Other modeling agencies in Argentina on this list also work with minors. Saigón has its Mini area, Multitalent has a Teens division and Civiles takes applicants from 16. In every case, a responsible adult stays involved. For the wider picture, read our guide to auditions for kids and teens.
Applying From Outside Argentina
Several modeling agencies in Argentina make it easy to apply from abroad. Look1 runs an international scouting form, New Models publishes its page in English, and Casting Club takes residents of Montevideo and Mexico City. Multitalent’s form also includes an option for people who live outside the country.
Paid work is a separate step. Residence permits (radicaciones) go through Argentina’s immigration agency, the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones, which lists its requirements online. So before you accept a job, ask the agency what status you need and check it with the official office. Most agency pages and forms are in Spanish, so a working level of Spanish helps too.
Red Flags and Scams
Look1 and Civiles, two of the modeling agencies in Argentina on this list, state on their sites that applying is free. Civiles goes further and says nobody should charge you for scouting or for joining castings. If you see even one of these signs, stop and check.
- They charge you to sign up, to be evaluated or to “join the book.”
- They require a course or a shoot with an in-house photographer before they will represent you. If an agency also sells classes or shoots, ask in writing whether they are mandatory.
- Contact only comes through private messages or from accounts that are not official. Multitalent warns on its site that people, email accounts, websites and users falsely claim to represent it or belong to its staff.
- They ask for photos in underwear or nude, and even more so if you are a minor. Cut contact right there. A fashion agency asking an adult, through its official form, for fitted-clothing or swimsuit photos to see your figure is a different matter.
- They promise guaranteed work or rush you to sign.
Before you send personal details or money, read how to spot a fake casting call.
Minors Always Need a Parent or Guardian
If you are under 18, apply with a responsible adult and pick agencies whose sites show a kids or teens division. A serious casting never asks you to come alone.
In the City of Buenos Aires, artistic work by children under 16 needs an official permit from the city government. Among other papers, the process asks for a parental or guardian authorization with a certified signature, according to the city’s permit page. Ask the agency or the production company whether a job needs one.
Online contact with a minor for sexual purposes is also a crime under Argentina’s Criminal Code, since Law 26,904. Save the messages and report it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to join a modeling agency in Argentina?
Never to join. The agency earns a commission when you work, so a paid sign-up or a required shoot with its photographer is a scam sign.
What photos should I send?
Simple, current photos in natural light, without makeup or filters: front, profile and full length. A phone camera is enough.
Are there modeling agencies in Argentina outside Buenos Aires?
We found none with an active official site. The Buenos Aires agencies, however, take applications from across the country through their forms.
Can I apply if I don’t live in Argentina?
Yes. Look1, Multitalent and Casting Club accept applicants from abroad, and New Models has an English page. Paid work, though, needs the right immigration status.
How tall do I need to be?
For fashion, Civiles asks for 1.72 m for women and 1.84 m for men, and New Models looks for men from 1.83 to 1.90 m. Freak Models and Evolution, by contrast, publish no minimum height, and height matters far less in advertising.
