Modeling Agencies in Mexico: Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara

Quick answer: most of the modeling agencies in Mexico we could verify on an active official website are in Mexico City. A few more work in Monterrey and Guadalajara. You apply with natural digitals, your measurements and the agency’s own form or email. A legitimate agency earns a commission on your bookings and never charges you to join. If you’re not Mexican, paid work also requires the right visa.

This guide is for models who live in Mexico and for models planning to work there from abroad. Casting and Acting isn’t an agency and doesn’t represent anyone. In November 2026 we opened each agency’s official website to check its boards and how it takes new faces. We left out agencies whose sites were down or for sale, the ones that only staff events with hostesses, and the ones that show no way in without taking a course.

The order isn’t a ranking. You also won’t find prices here, since each agency sets its terms in its own contract.

How Modeling Agencies in Mexico Work

A modeling agency represents you to brands, magazines, production companies and designers. It pitches you to clients and negotiates each booking. In return, it keeps a commission, a percentage of what you earn on each job. Your day-to-day contact is the booker, who runs your schedule. In US terms the role sits close to a talent agent, and agencies such as Paragon and Queta Rojas name their bookers on their sites.

Boards change from agency to agency. GH Management, for example, splits women and men, then tags new faces and curve models on its women’s board. Queta Rojas runs a kids division and Qrew, a team of dancers and choreographers. Neo Models adds seniors, while ET Model Management in Guadalajara has a board it calls Classics.

What Changes If You’re Coming From Abroad

Most of the agency sites we checked are in Spanish, though a few speak English too. Queta Rojas runs its application form in English, and GH Management’s form is bilingual. In The Park, Class and Neo Models, on the other hand, ask every question in Spanish.

Measurements also follow the metric system. GH’s boards list each model’s height in meters and also in feet and inches, so measure yourself in centimeters before you apply. Distance matters less than you might think, too. Class, for example, interviews applicants over a WhatsApp video call.

Work Visas for Foreign Models

If a Mexican agency or client books you, the paperwork follows Mexico’s official route for hiring foreign workers. The government’s procedures portal, Ventanilla Única, lays it out on its page about hiring foreigners to work in Mexico. First, the employer gets an employer registration certificate. Then the National Migration Institute (INM) authorizes a job-offer visa, either as a visitor or as a temporary resident with permission to do paid work. Once you have that authorization, you have 30 business days to book an interview at a Mexican consulate.

So ask the agency in writing who handles each step, and wait for the INM authorization before you buy a ticket.

How to Apply: Digitals, Measurements and Official Forms

Start with digitals, the simple photos agencies also call polaroids. Shoot them in daylight against a plain wall, with fitted clothes, no makeup and no filters. Our guide on how to take headshots at home covers light and framing. For the bigger picture, from types of modeling to contracts, read how to become a model.

Each agency asks in its own way. GH Management wants four photos (headshot, half body, full length and a three-quarter profile) and turns down professional, filtered or retouched shots and selfies. Queta Rojas and Neo Models also ask for four. In The Park wants three phone photos in natural light, plus a short video where you introduce yourself.

Send everything only through the form or email on the official site. If you hear about an open call, confirm it on the agency’s website or official social media before you go.

Modeling Agencies in Mexico City: Fashion and Editorial

Mexico City has most of the agencies we could verify, so it’s the natural first stop. These four focus on fashion, editorials and campaigns.

Queta Rojas Group Model Management

Queta Rojas is on Río Atoyac, in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood, and its site says it has represented talent in fashion, advertising and entertainment for more than 30 years. Its divisions cover women, men, talent and kids, along with Qrew for dancers and choreographers.

The Become a model button opens an application form that asks for your birthday, height, bust, waist and hips. It also takes four photos: full length, waist up, close-up and portrait. Kids, meanwhile, have a separate page with their own booker and email.

GH Management

GH Management describes itself as a Mexico City boutique agency that represents national and international models for runway, editorials, campaigns and catalogs. Its office is on Eugenia, in Colonia Del Valle. Beyond women and men, it runs boards for talent, artists, influencers, and kids and teens. Become GH has one form for women and one for men, and nonbinary applicants fill out both. If your profile interests the agency, it contacts you.

Paragon Model Management

Paragon Model Management lists Mexico City as its base and shows boards for women, men and celebrities. For newcomers, its contact page gives a separate new faces email, apart from the head booker’s address. Send your digitals there, with your measurements in centimeters in the body of the message.

In The Park Management

In The Park Management works out of Roma Norte and has three areas: models, artists and productions. Its site says it represents models whose appearance, identity and gender expression help shift cultural perceptions in Mexico and Latin America. Its artists also include actors, poets, writers and movement directors. The application page, in Spanish, asks for your pronouns, your Instagram, three unretouched phone photos and a short video.

Commercial Modeling Agencies in Mexico City

For catalogs, ads and brand campaigns, a natural look counts more than height. That’s why these two agencies work with a wide age range, from kids to seniors.

Class International Model Management

Class International Model Management opened in 2002, according to its site, and works from Sultepec 36 in Hipódromo Condesa. It books models for advertising, runway, video and fitness work, along with influencers and event hosts. Its site lists boards for women, men, girls and boys.

To join, you fill out the Únete a Class form with up to four photos and then do a WhatsApp video call. If the agency approves you, you sign the contract and email it back.

Neo Models Management

Neo Models Management operates inside a film studio in San Antonio Culhuacán, in the south of the city. It also runs castings, camera tests and photo shoots for clients there. The agency represents real, multicultural profiles with editorial and commercial potential, and its catalog splits into women, men, under 18 and seniors. Its application form requires your height and four photos, while bust, waist and hip measurements are optional.

Modeling Agencies in Monterrey

Monterrey had fewer agencies with an active website of their own. Several directory listings point only to social media, and the agencies that do have a site often pair representation with a school. FC Agency is the one that shows a clear way to apply on its site.

FC Agency

FC Agency is a modeling agency and production company founded in Monterrey in 2021, working with the creative industry in northern Mexico. It produces shoots with creative direction, casting and styling, and keeps a model catalog for brands.

Its Get Scouted page asks for a form and photos in natural light, with no makeup or filters, and says you don’t need professional shots. Separately, the agency runs a Model Camp, a training program for ages 15 and up that includes a casting for FC Agency.

Modeling Agencies in Guadalajara

Guadalajara looked similar. In fact, several agencies in online directories had sites that were down, for sale or focused on event hostesses. The one we could verify with an open way to apply is ET Model Management.

ET Model Management

ET Model Management has worked in Guadalajara for more than twenty years, according to its site. It supplies models for runway, photography, commercials, editorials, catalogs and events, with boards for women, men, teens, kids and Classics. The office on Avenida Agustín Yáñez, in Arcos Sur, sees visitors by appointment.

To get discovered, its contact page asks for an email with photos and your personal details. The agency also runs its own modeling school.

If you live in Guadalajara or Monterrey, you can also apply to the modeling agencies in Mexico City listed above. The forms of GH Management, In The Park and Neo Models work online, and GH’s asks which city you live in.

Kids and Teens

If your child wants to model, a parent or guardian should handle every step, from the application to the contract. Stick to agencies that show a kids division on their site. On this list, that means Queta Rojas, GH Management (kids and teens), Class (girls and boys), Neo Models (under 18) and ET Model Management (kids and teens).

Casual, current snapshots taken by a parent are enough to apply. A child never goes to a casting or a shoot alone, and a legitimate agency won’t ask a minor for underwear photos. For more, see our guides to auditions for kids and teens and baby acting and modeling.

Red Flags and Modeling Scams

Modeling attracts fake offers, and most of them follow the same script. Stop and check if any of these happens to you.

  • They charge you to sign up or to get into the agency’s book. A real agency earns its money from commission on your bookings.
  • They require a course or a portfolio shoot with their own photographer before they’ll represent you.
  • All contact runs through private messages, with no website, no office and no email on the agency’s own domain.
  • They ask for underwear or nude photos, or for private video calls. If they ask a minor, cut off contact and report it.

In Monterrey and Guadalajara, several agencies we checked also run a school or academy. A class can help you practice runway or camera work, but paying for one should never be the condition for representation. Before you pay for anything, ask in writing whether representation depends on that course. For a step-by-step check of any offer, read how to spot a fake casting call.

Frequently asked questions

Do modeling agencies in Mexico charge a fee to join?

A legitimate agency charges nothing to join. It earns a commission, a percentage of each job, and your contract should state it. A fee to sign up, to shoot your photos or to take a required course is a red flag.

Can I apply to modeling agencies in Mexico from abroad?

Yes. The forms of Queta Rojas, GH Management, In The Park, Class and Neo Models all work online, and Class follows up with a WhatsApp video call. Plan your visa before you travel, though.

Do I need a visa to model in Mexico?

For paid work, yes. Mexico’s procedures portal explains that the hiring company first gets an employer registration certificate. Then the National Migration Institute authorizes a job-offer visa, and you book an interview at a Mexican consulate within 30 business days.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

It helps a lot. Most agency sites we checked are in Spanish, though Queta Rojas runs its application in English and GH Management’s form is bilingual. Paragon’s site menus are in English as well.

Can my child sign with an agency in Mexico?

Yes, with a parent or guardian in charge. Queta Rojas, GH Management, Class, Neo Models and ET Model Management show kids divisions, and Class’s form asks for a guardian’s contact details. FC Agency’s Model Camp, for example, takes participants from age 15 with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
