What they are looking for
Film students are adapting a stage play for the screen and are looking for an actress ages 30 to 37. The look is specific: fair skin, tall, slim build and a Greek or Roman profile nose. The project is based in Belgrano, in the city of Buenos Aires. It is unpaid, although travel and meals are covered. The listing does not give shoot dates or say what to send, so it is best to email photos and a short introduction to the address in the post. The listing does not say who is casting, so make sure it is a legitimate call before you send your details. It closes on November 13. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Since the breakdown goes as far as the shape of the nose, add a well-lit profile photo along with a headshot and a full-body shot. Filmed stage work is useful here because the project comes from a play. Ask which play they are adapting and when they shoot, so you can pick a scene in the same tone to show them. It also helps to ask how many shoot days there are before you confirm.
