What they are looking for
Nuria Ros Remohí is looking for voice actors for Agentes en Ruta (Agents on the Road), an independent mystery series made in stop motion with Playmobil figures and published on YouTube. Each season follows a new case with new characters. People from any country can take part, with no prior experience, as long as they can say a few lines in Spanish; performers who can do accents from other languages are also welcome. Recordings are done from home from scripts with direction notes, in a quiet space and on a flexible schedule. It is unpaid. The listing does not give a closing date. Apply through the original listing.
Castina's tip
Since you record at home, your voice sample is your introduction: record on your phone in a closet or a room with clothes and curtains, which soak up echo. Prepare two or three distinct characters, such as a serious detective and a nervous suspect, since the series is a mystery. If you can do a foreign accent, include it. Before you apply, watch an episode on YouTube to get a feel for the pacing of the dialogue.
How to apply to this casting call
